Pool and Common Area Guidelines

POOL & COMMON AREA GUIDELINES: The HOA Board of Directors has established these guidelines for your enjoyment of the HOA facilities as authorized by the Bylaws, Article III, Section I.

General Guidelines
  1. The common and pool areas are for Timbercreek III (Phases III-VI) residents and their guests only. Residents must accompany and supervise guests.
  2. Because street parking is very limited, homeowners and guests are encouraged to walk or ride a bike to the common area (basketball court & shelter) or pool.
  3. The only entrances to the common and pool areas are the concrete walking paths from Lindsey Drive and Tumbleweed Terrace. Please do not walk through residents’ yards to access either area.
  4. At no time will the common or pool areas be closed to residents of Timbercreek III due to parties. Be considerate of other residents and limit your party size and time accordingly.
  5. Please clean-up after yourselves and guests and leave the area better than you found it.
  6. Abuse or destruction of common area and pool property (such as jumping on pool furniture) may constitute vandalism. Offenders will be held liable for damages and may be reported to the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office.
  7. Be respectful of others. Intoxication around the common and pool areas is not permitted. Keep music low, avoid blocking access, and maintain appropriate behavior. Stay home if sick. No excessive noise, lewdness, or profanity is allowed. Have fun, but don’t let your fun spoil the enjoyment for other residents.
  8. Pool and common area guidelines are to be enforced by all members of the Timbercreek III HOA.

Pool Guidelines
  1. Swimming is allowed from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Extended hours may be announced. If the gate is locked, the pool is closed. Unauthorized use after hours will be considered trespassing.
  2. HOA dues must be current to be granted access to the pool area.
  3. Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. During storms, residents should vacate the pool area.
  4. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
  5. Use common sense with guest numbers, especially during busy times. Children 14-17 are limited to one guest unless an adult homeowner is present.
  6. NO DIVING, running, rough play, smoking, or vaping. Close umbrellas before leaving.
  7. No climbing on fences or gates. Be sure to close and securely latch the gate upon entering and leaving.
  8. ABSOLUTELY no glass or animals are allowed in pool area. Service animals are always welcomed.
  9. Rescue equipment is intended for emergency use only.

Common Area Guidelines:
  1. The common area hours are 8:00 a.m. to dark daily.
  2. Animal owners should immediately remove any feces deposited within the common area by their animal. Waste stations and bags are provided.
